With a background across multiple sectors in security, from retail to high net-worth estates, Danny specialises in multi-site security management & event protection.
With over two decades in the industry, his background spans retail security, static and patrol operations, plainclothes protection and dog handling - from base level, to area manager.
His proactive approach ensures that our solutions are always tailored, effective and dependable. Danny has a special interest in creating a better quality that is accessible to everyone and spends time helping newly trained license holders to fulfil their potential and find better job prospects.
With experience across high-end retail, education, care, customer operations & business leadership, Holly brings a calm, people-focused approach.
She specialises in client relationships, staff management , customer retention & business growth - ensuring Secure Edge brings a polished, dependable & human-centred service. As Co-Founder, she leads outreach, brand direction & operational coordination, guided by a strong commitment to inclusion & clear communication.
Alongside her professional work, Holly is a mother of four, bringing empathy, resilience & real-world understanding to every project.
